How to get here by car
Approximately 70 miles from London, the M20 will provide the quickest and most direct route for most passengers heading to Dover, particularly if coming from the West. The M20 merges into the A20 at Folkestone.
Continue along the A20 until you reach the Limekiln roundabout where you will see the Dover Cruise Terminals (Western Docks) signposted to the right. Head right round the roundabout and drive into the terminal car park.
If you are coming to Dover via the M2, the road merges into the A2 at Faversham. Stay on the A2 until you get to the Eastern Docks roundabout and take a left onto the A20. Head along this road until you are almost about to leave Dover and take a left into the Cruise Terminals where it is clearly signposted, at the Limekiln roundabout.
By Train
Dover Priory is the nearest train station to Dover Cruise Terminals, just over 1 mile away, with High-Speed 1 (HS1) train services to London in just over one hour. You can walk from the station to the Cruise Terminals in about 25 minutes.
By Taxi
There is a taxi rank outside Dover Cruise Terminal 1 and 2 where taxis will be waiting when you arrive from a cruise. You will also find a taxi rank outside Dover Priory railway station and there are a number of local taxi companies you can call.
