Christmas Travel Ferry Information
To help us help you have the smoothest journey to and through the port, there are several things that you can do.
Dover Ferry
Arrival & check-in procedure
Step 1
Getting here & entry
Please arrive at the Port of Dover Ferry Terminal (Eastern Docks). Enter the port and follow the signs for the Passenger Terminal. Passengers may wait in the Passenger Lounge before boarding their coach.
Step 2
Coach pick-up & boarding
Await collection by your coach
Coach pick up will be in the loading bays at the front of the Passenger Terminal.
Have passports & travel documents ready
Your coach will take you to the ferry via French Border control, for inspection of travel documents.
Boarding the ship
Your coach will board the ship as instructed.
